We want booking your stay to be as simple and straightforward as possible.Securing Your BookingA 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.The remaining 70% balance is due 1 day before your arrival, we will contact you with a payment link.CancellationsWe understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and us as a small, privately run rental.More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of your deposit15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund of your depositLess than 7 days before arrival: Non-refundable deposit (or if you'd like to change the dates we can accommodate due to our availability!)Full booking terms and conditions will be provided at the time of booking.
